As part of their Naval 20-25 transformation programme, Naval Group signed a Diversity and Inclusion agreement in 2021 based on the following pillars: attract, integrate employees, develop employees’ careers & skills, foster collective inclusion at work and engage. With this in mind, the organisation introduced initiatives to raise awareness of stereotypes and gender-based violence, with its desire to create a respectful and egalitarian working environment.
