Purpose and contribution to company strategy
You will be responsible for measuring and improving the performance of all marketing campaigns, to accelerate our growth. This includes having oversight over all campaigns, building reports and dashboards, managing analytics tools, and delivering insights that help optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI. While being tech savvy and having experience in data analytics is indispensable, the key to success is collaborating successfully with campaign owners to ensure that marketing analytics is embedded in daily decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis, reporting and dashboards (70%)
- Collect, clean and analyse data on the performance (effectiveness and efficiency) of our Marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, webinars, whitepapers, e-mail, (own and third-party) face to face events, website and SEO, using tools such as Google Analytics, Pardot and Salesforce.
- Build (quarterly and ad-hoc) reports and dashboards, translating data into easy-to-understand insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing Automation Specialist, and Website Manager, to identify opportunities for campaign improvements.
2. Process management and training (20%)
- Train internal stakeholders on interpreting dashboards and reports, and on internal processes.
- Monitor and enforce the accuracy of input data.
- Improve processes and ways of working, and define KPIs.
3. Marketing technology (10%)
- Own and manage all tools needed for end-to-end campaign measurement (e.g. Google Analytics). Evaluate and make recommendations for changes (e.g. new tools) where required.
- Support Marketing stakeholders who own other Marketing tools, such as: website and SEO (e.g. Semrush), collaboration (e.g. Monday, Scribe), e-mail and digital campaign (e.g. Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) and via events (e.g. Cvent).
- Managing these tools on a day-to-day basis where needed and evaluating their suitability.

Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing Analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Fluent in English.
- Residing in the Netherlands, able to visit our office in Amsterdam at least once a week.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with working in an international organization.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
- Ability to work with or quickly learn various Marketing (analytic) tools. Working as the only Marketing analyst for a medium-sized company, breadth is more important than depth.
- Ability to collaborate successfully with internal stakeholders from different backgrounds and cultures. With 30 nationalities working at HQ and many more in other office, ability to work with different people will be key to be successful.
- Experience with Pardot is a essential.
