Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda

CCBA’s Ugandan subsidiary, officially changed its name to Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda Limited (CCBU) in 2022, after the consolidation of its bottling subsidiaries through the amalgamation of Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited and Century Bottling Company. Through these bottling companies CCBU has a 24-year track record in Uganda.

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA)

CCBA’s proudly South African subsidiary, Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA), has 13 manufacturing plants across six provinces.

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in Ethiopia

East Africa Bottling Share Company (EABSC), a subsidiary of CCBA, is the largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia, having served the country for more than 60 years.
EABSC has four plants in Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Dire Dawa and Sebeta. Sebeta, which was inaugurated in May 2022, is the largest Coca-Cola plant in Ethiopia.

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in Mozambique

With more than 30 years serving the country, Coca-Cola Sabco Mozambique (CCSM) is a subsidiary of CCBA.
In 2016, CCSM, increased its capacity in the south of the country by constructing a green field world-class bottling facility in Matola Gare near Maputo, costing $110m.

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in Kenya

In one of East Africa’s largest-ever private equity investments, CCBA acquired 100% shareholding in Nairobi Bottlers Limited (NBL) in October 2019.
CCBA’s 100% shareholding in NBL is a result of its acquisition of majority shares in Almasi Beverages Limited (53.9%) and increasing its shareholding in Nairobi Bottlers Limited (NBL) by 27.6%.
