Purpose and Contribution to the Company Strategy
The purpose of this role is managing the company’s financial transactions by ensuring timely processing of invoices. Ensuring the effective execution of the global credit control protocol, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in managing accounts receivable. This role requires strong attention to detail, timely communication, and proactive risk assessment to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing
- Execute and follow up on the invoicing procedure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide relevant support to accounts for invoicing-related matters.
- Monitor and allocate invoicing payments.
- Facilitate the vendor setup process for Top Employers with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for the invoicing process.
2. Credit Control
- Execute and enforce the Global Credit Control protocol.
- Send automated payment reminders globally and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with controllers to ensure timely bank bookings.
- Respond to customer queries within the 24-hour timeline.
- Maintain and ensure proper usage of the Credit Control tool.
- Manage and monitor the Credit Control inbox.
- Prepare and report on end-of-month Accounts Receivable (AR) balance.
- Provide support to the finance and commercial team in credit-related matters.
- Assess credit risk and manage escalation as needed.

- Experience with credit control tools and/or automated risk assessment software will be a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with international clients.
- Problem-solving mindset to resolve disputes and overdue payments.

The purpose of this role is to manage the company’s financial transactions by ensuring the timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. They maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with vendors and customers with international scope.
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing
- Execute and follow up on the invoicing procedure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Data Administration & Reporting
- Collect and manage information relevant to the invoicing process.
- Review and validate billing contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and maintain data in financial records.
- Supporting Billing Reconciliation.
3. Accounts Payable
- Process daily bank statements.
- Record and manage purchase invoices using Blue10.
- Prepare bi-weekly payment runs.
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with the financial controller.
- Facilitate vendor setup and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) projects.

Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of international accounting standards and knowledge of international finance regulations and tax compliance.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
- Experience in multi countries transactions and payment processing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with international vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving ability, especially in resolving discrepancies and disputes.
- Time management skills to handle multiple transactions across different countries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English ( French or Italian is plus)
