About the role
We are looking for a self-starter HR Officer & Payroll Specialist (32–40 hours) to join our hardworking, close-knit People Operations team. In this role, you will support both HR Operations and Global Payroll, covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
You will also play an active role in the HiBob HRIS implementation, contributing to data migration, testing, and process optimization. The role has an international scope, supporting payroll activities across 17+ countries.
Your responsibilities
âś” HR Administration & HR Operations (hands-on)
âś” Support Global / International Payroll
âś” Maintain accurate HR data & ensure GDPR compliance
✔ Work with HR systems (Papaya, BambooHR → HiBob / Bob HRIS)
âś” Improve HR processes and employee experience
âś” Collaborate with Office Managers and global stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration and Payroll
- Available for 32–40 hours per week
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in an international HR environment
- Bachelor / HBO level education
- Experience with BambooHR (HiBob is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam preferred)
