Netherlands (hybrid – minimum 1 day per week in our Amsterdam office)

Objective & Direction
Support the execution, coordination, and optimisation of global marketing campaigns. The focus is on learning campaign operations, content, and performance while contributing directly to live campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to global marketing campaigns and certification communications that reach leading employers around the world.

Scope (what / not)

✔ Support campaign setup (emails, landing pages, forms)

✔ Assist with content creation and copywriting

✔ Draft and adapt content for campaign channels including email, landing pages and LinkedIn/social posts

✔ Support campaign coordination and workflows (Monday.com)

✔ Monitor basic campaign performance

✔ Support QA and campaign launches

✔ Assist with updating and adapting campaign assets for certified organisations and global markets

✖ No full campaign ownership initially

✖ No advanced automation or strategy ownership

✖ Limited decision-making responsibility

Seniority Level 

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO institutionor be a recent graduate who is eligible to complete a traineeship in the Netherlands.
  • The internship/traineeship must comply with Dutch internship regulations.

Requirements (experience, tools, skills)

  • Education: HBO (Marketing, Communications, Business)
  • Interest in digital marketing and campaigns
  • Strong writing skills (English)
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with tools or willing to learn (Pardot, CRM, Monday.com)
  • Analytical mindset (basic understanding of performance metrics)
  • Interest in content marketing, campaign operations and digital channels
  • Curious about how AI tools can support marketing workflows and content creation

Intern Salary

Standard internship compensation (as per company policy) – 600 euro per month

Working Hours / Setup

  • 5 days per week
  • 40 hours
  • Duration: ~20 weeks – start September 2026
  • 70% hands-on work / 30% internship assignment

Education Level

HBO preferred

Languages

  • Fluency in English is required

In this role you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to global marketing campaigns for one of the world’s leading employer certification organisations. Support the creation of visual assets for global marketing campaigns, helping ensure strong, consistent and engaging brand execution across channels. The role is focused on hands-on design work while learning how creative contributes to campaign performance.

✔ Create visual assets (emails, social, landing pages, presentations)

✔ Support campaign creatives and adapt global assets

✔ Work with brand guidelines and templates

✔ Support ideation with the campaigns team

✔ Explore and experiment with AI-assisted creative tools to support content and visual production
