CEF Group

Central Energy Fund is tasked with the mandate to ensure security of energy supply in the sub-Saharan African region, as well as indulging in controlling of oil, gas, low-smoke fuels, solar energy, wind and renewable energy sources. Led by CEF SOC and discharging the mandate through its subsidiaries such as PetroSA, AEMFC, SFF, PASA and iGAS, the Fund report to the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy.

EPPF

EPPF provides retirement fund administration services for its members. The membership of the Fund comprises in-service members, deferred pensioners, pensioners, and beneficiaries. In-service members join EPPF as part of the conditions of service of their participating employers and proceed to become deferred pensioners or pensioners during various life stages.

Palabora Mining Company (Pty) Ltd. (HBIS Group – PMC)

Palabora Mining Company Ltd. is a copper mine that also operates a smelter and refinery complex. PMC is South Africa’s sole producer of refined copper, which it supplies mainly to the local market and export the balance.
