The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator is a statutory ombudsmen established in terms of the Pension Funds Act No.24 of 1956 to investigate and resolve pension fund related complaints lodged in terms of the Pension Funds Act and those complaints designated to the Adjudicator in terms of the Financial Sector regulation Act No.9 of 2017.
