Webinar: Authentic Leadership
DHL's take on leading with Head, Heart & Guts
Being a leader in these times is challenging but, in such situations, following a prescribed path might provide good orientation and can serve as a recipe for success.
In the fifth webinar of the For a Better World of Work series, you will hear from Harm Otten, Executive VP HR at DHL Global Forwarding & Freight, and David Plink, CEO of Top Employers Institute as they discuss:
- practical insights on how to apply authentic leadership, and
- what it looks like to lead by head, heart, and guts.
Join them on 1 October at 4PM CEST to learn more about how these leadership attributes are included in DHL's leadership performance management and shared as guiding principles with their employees.
Leading with Head, Heart and Guts combined with intuition, genuine empathy and care, results orientation, open communication and sharing fears and vulnerabilities is the key to really stand out, not just as good leaders, but as great ones.
For a Better World of Work Webinar Series
Why did we launch the For A Better World of Work Webinar Series?
From the outset of the global health crisis, the way in which Top Employers engaged and motivated their people once again showcased why these organisations are deserving of their certification. Top Employers were, by and large, equipped to adapt to the sudden requirements for remote working with haste.
Here at Top Employers Institute, we were inundated with requests for insights into how these leading organisations were guiding their people with purpose and vision as they faced many new challenges. To meet this need, we launched the For A Better World Of Work webinar series. Our aim is to provide a platform for like-minded HR leaders to share their wisdom and experience, as well as to facilitate strategic thinking as we all plan for the coming months and years ahead.
