Andreas Doppler talks about ERGOs HR “Employee Experience” project which started with improving the candidate experience when applying and accepting a job at ERGO and quickly turned into a rather bigger project when looking at the whole employee experience. The core question “What makes you grow?” as well as the employer value proposition “ERGO. Grow together.” are the key drivers of the project.
Adrian Seligman, Member of the Executive Board and CCO at Top Employers Institute, presents the questions asked, which helped ERGO to identify gaps and blind spots during the auditing phase in Top Employers Certification process.
This session is very hands-on and relates to your daily tasks when working in HR.
