Top Employers Webinar: Microsoft’s Global Skilling Initiative
The aim of this initiative is to look at how we can accelerate skilling to ensure an inclusive economic recovery post COVID-19 and beyond.
This event is open for all HR Leaders.
Microsoft is aiming to help 25 Million Workers Worldwide Acquire New Digital Skills for the COVID-19 Economy.
The COVID-19 health crisis has created a global economic crisis, which will see workers return to an even more digital economy. We have seen two years’ worth of “digital transformation” in a mere two months due to the social distancing practices implemented as part of the COVID-19 public health response. Both new and old jobs will require digital skills, this will ultimately create a skilling challenge for individuals and employers alike.
Successful skilling will require new partnerships to bring technology and people together. This requires a partnership between tech companies and employers, non-profit groups, and government workforce agencies connected with this effort. Join us in the journey towards solving the skills and unemployment challenges.
