As a Senior HR Auditor at Top Employers Institute, Jonas van Wees advocates for more engaged, equitable, and inclusive workplaces that enrich the world of work. He has over ten years of experience in HR consulting, research, and auditing, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), employee experience, well-being, talent management, and inclusive leadership.
In Jonas' current role, he is responsible for delivering the certification process for 60 regional clients across the globe, ensuring that they meet the global standard of excellence in HR policies and practices. He also supports internal and external knowledge transfer by writing articles, hosting events, and training new colleagues. Jonas leverages his analytical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills to provide excellent service and support to our clients and partners and to contribute to our mission of accelerating the impact of people strategies for a better world of work.
