Description
Androna is a Regional Manager with Top Employers Institute and is responsible for the commercial and operational excellence of the UK & Ireland region, currently certifying 100+ organisations. Androna started with Top Employers Africa in 2018 as an Account Manager, where she worked closely with client organisations to help identify the strategic value of their participation and increase their participation footprint across the African continent.
For the past 18 years, Androna has worked in the Hospitality, Commercial, Human Resources and Corporate Recruitment sectors spanning three continents. She currently lives in a small village in Cambridgeshire, UK with her young family.
