SMAT manages the integrated water service of the Metropolitan Area of Turin for over 2 million residents in 293 Member Municipalities, ensuring high standards of service and technological innovation. During 2024, SMAT and its staff supplied over 160 million m³ of water through 13,366 km of water network, over 10,000 km of sewerage network and 381 sewage treatment plants including the largest in Italy.
