“We chose the theme of Offboarding, and to be honest, I wondered if there would be enough material to inspire us. But it was amazing how insightful it was in terms of where we currently stand and what steps we can still take to generate a better employee experience. And these don’t necessarily have to be major interventions. Even relatively simple actions can have a major impact on your employees’ experience during their offboarding.
