Walmart China opened the first Walmart Hypermarket and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996. Since then, we have grown to operating hundreds of stores and multiple distribution centers in over 100 cities nationwide. Today, we operate a number of formats and banners in China including Walmart Hypermarket and Sam’s Club.
