As organisations prepare to return to work, we are faced with more questions than answers. Workplaces as we know them will never be the same again. With increased remote working becoming the norm for many organisations, increased hygiene requirements, and social distancing protocols, employees will need to be guided in their return to work.

What you can expect

The Top Employers People Practices for Reboarding Webinar will be hosted live on 8 June 2020 from 1pm CEST. Three speakers will each present for 8-10 minutes, after which we will open the floor to questions from the audience. They will explore pertinent questions around employee reboarding:  

  • How can HR leaders prepare for returning to the workplace?  
  • What are the greatest challenges that lie ahead? 
  • What are the opportunities and challenges for HR in terms of remote working? 
  • What changes are here to stay?

 

The webinar will be hosted by:  

Farnaz Ranjbar, Senior Vice President HR Europe at DHL Express  

A member of the European Management Board of DHL Express and Managing Director of Global Management GmbH, Farnaz leads the People Agenda for DHL Express’ HR organisation across Europe. She is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic approach for a 40,000 strong region spanning over 40 countries – driving engagement and shaping the direction of all HR functions including Compensation and Benefits, Labour Relations, HR Systems, and Talent Management and Acquisition.   

 

 

Jasmin Pillay, Director of Human Resources at Microsoft South Africa 

Jasmin holds overall accountability for People Priorities, Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness at Microsoft South Africa. Her broad portfolio over the years has provided her with experience across a variety of international destinations and multi-nationals with a focus on people management. She believes diversity and inclusion is a key part of Microsoft’s success and is being driven by the company’s embracing of technology.  

 

David Plink, CEO at Top Employers Institute 

David brings more than two decades of experience in general, commercial and change management in global, results-driven companies in the HR space.
