Business Development Manager, Europe

This is a sales role focused on both new business development and the retention and growth of existing clients across an international territory. A strong Business Development mindset is therefore essential. Target audiences are HR Directors and Chief People Offices of multinational organisations, and the role has three key results areas:
  1. Generating revenue in line with commercial targets through prospecting, pipeline management and deal closing
  2. Ensuring proactive and ongoing engagement with executive decision makers within prospective and existing clients, acting as an evangelist / ambassador for the Top Employers HR certification
  3. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, acting as an integral piece of our global sales team

Prior selling to the HR community, ideally at executive level (essential)

Demonstrable skill in value selling (essential)
