At the same time, she has a strong focus to deliver value to the business with each initiative. Over the course of her career, she has shaped a track record in healthcare, consulting, and manufacturing at Novartis, McKesson, Capgemini, and Bombardier. Having worked for global organisations across Europe and in the US, Sonja has extensive experience in organisational change leadership, performance management, talent management, and leadership development.

David Plink, CEO, Top Employers Institute 

David brings more than two decades of experience in general, commercial and change management in global, results-driven companies in the HR space. As CEO, David is responsible for general management within the Top Employers Institute. Under his leadership the company has spread its wings to 119 countries/regions, enriching the working lives of more than 6.9 million people.
