Virtual Fireside Chat: Inside the mind of PepsiCo's Sergio Ezama

Top Employers Institute will be hosting a virtual fireside chat with Sergio Ezama, PepsiCo’s Chief Talent Officer and David Plink, CEO of Top Employer Institute.

The session will be a fun and interactive 45-minute conversation between David and Sergio, who will share stories, insights and challenges in the world of HR and Talent acquisition. You’ll also be invited to ask any burning questions you may have to leading HR thought leaders.

Some of the questions Sergio will answer include:

· What challenges do you see the HR industry facing right now?

· What emerging trends in HR do you think are significant?

· As the talent landscape becomes increasingly competitive, what is your approach to competition, particularly in acquiring and retaining top talent?

We will be running a series of virtual fireside chats throughout the year to provide a platform for like-minded HR leaders to network, share their stories and build a highly connected community of practitioners involved in making the world of work a better place.

The first of this series of virtual fireside chats, Inside the mind of PepsiCo's Sergio Ezama, will take place on Friday, 26 March at 14:15 to 15:00 (CET). The speakers will have a conversation for 15-20 minutes, after which we will open the floor to questions.

Sergio is currently the Chief Talent Officer and CHRO Global Functions and Groups, PepsiCo, based in Purchase, (New York). He leads the company-wide efforts across all Talent Management & Acquisition areas while providing leadership to the overall HR agenda for all PepsiCo’s Global teams (including Innovation, Design, E-Commerce, Marketing, Global Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and our Global Business Services organization.

David Plink: CEO, Top Employers Institute

David brings more than two decades of experience in general, commercial and change management in global, results-driven companies in the HR space. As CEO, David is responsible for general management within the Top Employers Institute. Under his leadership the company has spread its wings to 121 countries/regions, enriching the working lives of more than seven million people.
