Purpose and Contribution to the Company Strategy
The purpose of this role is to make marketing measurable and this means taking ownership over the different campaign and analytics tools used by the marketing team. While being tech savvy and having sufficient experience in terms of data analysis, it is crucial to deliver the right input to the right stakeholders in the right way. Reporting needs to be insightful, easy to grasp, and actionable. The Data & Analytics Specialist has an oversight over all the campaigns ran by the greater marketing team and ensures all efforts and activities captured correctly using the right tools
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources (including CRM, Marketing Automation, Google and Social analytics) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, spotlighting KPI’s and actionable recommendations focused on marketing data
- Build reports and create analysis based on business requirements
- Monitor the accuracy and reliability of reporting done within the marketing team
Digital campaigns
- Oversee digital campaign creation and correct set up for reporting purposes
- Ensure campaigns are created as per best practice and optimised in terms of set up, tracking and targeting
- Make recommendations for improvements
Collaboration, Training & Process management
- Deliver relevant education and information session to stakeholders on the usage of dashboards and interpretation of data insights
- Create and optimise campaign creation processes and manage adaption
- Work in synergy with the marketing team to assess campaign efficiency and pinpoint optimization avenues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define and track KPI’s
- Collaborate with other teams like commercial, product, certifications to drive alignment on process and insights collection
- Drive alignment on definitions, processes and ways of working across the organization
Continuous learnings & Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and digital campaigns.
- Offer consistent support and propose advancements for the tools and information utilized

Qualification Criteria
- Relevant education in marketing and/or data analysis
- 4-5 years’ experience in a relevant marketing analytics role, ideally in a B2B setting
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce campaigns and CRM Analytics is a must
- Experience with search and social analytics is a plus
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel is a must, and other data analysis tools (e.g. Phyton) is a plus
- Experience with digital campaigns and best practices (primarily on LinkedIn and Google search) is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrable experience in translating technical information into digestible and actionable insights
