Purpose and Contribution to the Company Strategy

The Website Manager drives performance, optimisation improvements and manages all changes and updates to the Top Employers Institute company website. This role ensures a seamless, engaging, and accessible web experience aligned with the needs of diverse audiences.

This role requires experience of website analytics, privacy and most comment data standard. As the champion of our website, the website manager will manage content and technical updates, and provide support to employees creating content.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage Daily Operations: Manage the global company website, ensuring smooth operations and user experience, in alignment with brand and business objectives.

·       Manage and Configure: Serve as the principal administrator for our multi-site WordPress, managing content workflows and integration with Pardot/Salesforce.

·       Manage Website Functionality: Coordinate with internal tech team and external partners to ensure website security, performance, and overall functionality.

·       Update Website Content: Maintain accuracy and consistency of content to reflect company offerings, brand messaging, and industry trends.

·       Ensure implementation of SEO best practices: Implement technical SEO and onsite SEO best practices across the website and collaborate with the Communications team to enhance content/on page SEO

·       Enhance User Experience: Implement strategies to improve website navigation, content relevance, and overall user experience based on audience needs.

·       Track website performance: Use tools like HotJar, GA4, and intent monitoring software to track and optimize user engagement.

·       Support Content Management: Guide colleagues on website updates, content management, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business needs.

·       Prioritize and Manage Stakeholders: Manage and prioritize site updates, providing status updates to management and stakeholders.

·       Champion Website Innovation: Proactively explore and implement new tools, features, and approaches to enhance user experience, performance, and digital engagement.

Qualification Criteria

  •  Hands-on experience managing multiple websites, preferably in WordPress multisite  environments, including content updates, navigation enhancements, and integration with  marketing automation/CRM tools
  • Experience integrating websites with Pardot, Salesforce.com,  ensuring accurate data flow and lead tracking.
  • Experience with implementing and managing chatbots
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HotJar and other tools to monitor performance and user behavior
  • Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to execute web initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility, digital compliance standards is a nice to have
  • Strong ability to work with marketing, operations, tech content teams to align web strategies with business goals.

The Director of Content and Communications will play a critical role in strengthening our brand positioning, driving thought leadership, and crafting compelling narratives that reinforce our influence in the HR space. This role will oversee global communications, brand positioning, thought leadership, content strategy, as well as public relations. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with a proactive mindset, skilled at positioning senior subject matter experts in influential forums and experienced in PR, media relations, and corporate brand building. A strong appreciation for multilingual communications, diverse markets, and tailored messaging for different personas is essential for success in this role.

Purpose and contribution to company strategy  

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about all things creative. You will relish the opportunity to work with a leading niche business and play an instrumental role in growing and refining its brand and visual marketing. You will need to be able to understand the pulse of the organisation and translate it into visuals, from brand collateral and content through to campaign creatives and other key marketing content. You will be well versed in company brand strategy, comfortable with the functional aspects of critical digital technology and experienced in developing visuals and marketing assets suitable for web, social media as well as more traditional trade show stands and printed collateral. 

A versatile creative designer you will have experience of both client and agency side design and feel excited about the opportunity of working with an in-house marketing team. The Creative Designer must be proactive, looking to add value and continually develop, with a passion to develop and evolve our brand.

This is a newly created role and with great scope to add value and make a positive impact on the business and the company’s marketing engine.

Key responsibilities

  •  Manage Brand Identity and Guidelines: Oversee and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  •  Develop Visual Identities: Craft and maintain comprehensive brand systems and guidelines that are reusable by internal teams and agencies.
  •  Produce High-Quality Design Projects: Take responsibility for the design brief, liaising with the right stakeholders, requesting feedback, and ensuring the project meets expectations before final approval/delivery.
  • Create Creative Design & Collateral: Design high-quality digital and print materials, including digital & offline campaign assets, infographics, research papers, presentations, event branding, and more.
  •  Champion Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the Communications Team to maintain branding and design uniformity across all collaterals, both globally and regionally, through partners
  •  Translate Compelling Content & Communication: Transform technical information into engaging, visually compelling marketing materials for different stakeholders.  
  • Ensure Project & Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with corporate, regional marketing, and commercial teams to align branding and design efforts with business goals.
  •  Liaise with Partners and Agencies: Work with external parties to produce high-quality content while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

Qualification Criteria

  • 5 years design industry/agency experience
  • Experience in brand development, visual design, and B2B marketing communications, preferably in the high value service and SaaS sectors.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in  design tools like Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other AI-powered creative platforms. HTML experience is a nice to have.
  •  Creative & Strategic Thinker: Capable of problem-solving and driving brand engagement through innovative, audience-focused design.
  • Hands-On & Agile: Enjoys working in a dynamic team, balancing strategic marketing initiatives with day-to-day execution.
  • Detailed and output oriented: Able to manage multiple projects at the same time while ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain exceptional accuracy and close attention to detail in design, branding and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
