Salesforce Administrator (Hired)

We are looking for a professional Salesforce Administrator who will maintain the platform and keep it running smoothly. We are now in the process of building a Salesforce team supporting the business. It’s our mission to streamline and optimise business processes through innovative digital solutions enabled by the applications capabilities. In the role of Salesforce Administrator you are responsible for the daily operational support of the users of the application (Salesforce) and solving incidents within the application. You will be in daily contact with end users, but you will also consult on requested changes with the user organisation, implement and follow up these changes. You will join a growing team where your skills as an experienced Salesforce Administrator will be required.


• Ensuring optimisation of the Salesforce org for the organisation:
o Manage and maintain the Salesforce meta data
o Manage and maintain the Salesforce security model
o Manage and customise Sales Cloud apps
• Regularly deliver business process support and prepare for the yearly cycle:
o Maintain the organisation specific configuration settings in Salesforce to support the delivery process
o Provide support during the periodic set up and maintenance of the Survey configuration
•Manage the daily support process (Sales, Finance & Delivery):
o Work on cases and deliver solutions
o Follow up on cases with end users to acquire additional details needed to solve a case
o Adequate support of the Digital Development delivery: Participate in UAT and deployments

Necessary skills:

  • BA/BS degree in a computer science discipline, or equivalent applicable experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Good written and oral knowledge of English, the global language in the company
  • Dynamic, friendly and open personality
  • Combine excellent troubleshooting skills with an ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Proactive in finding solutions and taking personal ownership
  • Passionate about Salesforce, and enjoy continuous learning
  • Focussed on continues improvements and working alongside with the rest of the team to achieve this
