    Head of Employee Wellbeing at Discovery

    Jabulile is the Head of Employee Wellbeing at Discovery and Founder Hadithi Wethu, a reading mentorship programme. She holds a Masters Degree in Economic Development at the University of Cape town. She has also co-facilitated two Executive Education Programmes on ‘Creating Shared Value’ and 'Business-Government Relations' at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Through Hadithi Wethu, Jabulile has created a platform that gives teenagers access to black written literature. She has been named by McKinsey as a Next Generation Women Leader for 2017.

  • Zonke Mashile

    Business Executive

    Zonke has 17 years’ experience in leading companies within the South African Financial Services sector. She has extensive Private Health Insurance exposure with a strong focus on employee wellbeing strategies, financial management, finance strategy, financial reporting, and operations management. Hold a BCom Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand), Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Cum-Laude) and a Master of Business Administration, MBA, from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
