Billy is dedicated to accelerating the impact of people strategies to enrich the world of work.

  • Ammara Naeem

    Head of Client Success at Top Employers Institute

    An MBA with a life-long passion for HR, Ammara has over 10 years of experience in multiple facets of people strategy and implementation, and thoroughly believes in the value and impact people functions create for the business. Currently, as the Head of Client Success, she enjoys ensuring Top Employers derive maximum value from their certification.

  • Venkatesh Ram

    HR Head – Tata Consultancy Services, China

    Venkatesh Ram heads the HR for TCS China. He is based out of Shanghai and oversees end-to-end all HR responsibilities. He is passionate about continuous learning and in developing next gen HR leaders in the organization. Venkatesh has more than 20 years HR experience in HRBP, Training and development, Business HR and Immigration. His multi geo experience in the US, China and India has helped him appreciate the benefits that the east and west brings to the workplace. He is a certified mentor and competency mapping professional. In 2020, he was awarded Greater China Best HR Leaders Award. Venkatesh actively supports the CSR activities aimed at educating the children in rural areas.  Venkatesh holds an MBA in HR from Bharathidasan Institute of Management.  Culinary skills, Photography and Yoga helps him to balance his work and personal life.
