They have a long-term vision and strongly support our growth ambitions and our purpose to enrich the world of work. This allows us to continue to develop innovative products for our clients, building on our unique and validated HR insights. In addition, we are able to further expand our global presence. This expansion fits with our clients’ needs as multinationals have an increased desire to benchmark and harmonise human resource policy in all countries in which they operate.”

Market developments underpin growth potential

The shortage of skilled talent is forecasted to grow because of demographic developments and an increased need for knowledge workers. Employer recognition is key for talent attraction and retention. HAL’s acquisition follows these market developments. People determine company success. Top Employers Institute is a global authority on recognising excellence in people practices. Their independent methodology will help their clients to improve its HR practices.

Top Employers Institute will continue to operate as a stand-alone business, with focus on preserving the unique culture at Top Employers Institute: client-focused, purpose-driven, entrepreneurial and cooperative.
