In early 2020, when many employees across the globe were no longer allowed to work from their usual workplaces due to COVID-19, PUMA’s People & Organisation team was tasked with keeping their people safe and maintaining employee engagement.
The team had long been working on multiple initiatives to reinforce its reputation for providing a great employee experience and developing talent to the full. The pandemic spurred on the challenge of how to convert these and other initiatives into digital offerings to support their people while working from home.
The PUMA Home Academy platform was created to support their employees across the globe with relevant, exciting, and engaging information, online learning, as well as opportunities for social engagement, sports, and relaxation exercises.
