Our NPS result is an important achievement as it showcases the high level of customer satisfaction we provide for our Top Employers year after year.

NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a scoring system from 1-100 and is a key indicator in understanding how the customer feels about an organisation's products and services. An NPS above 30 is an indication that an organisation has a majority of happy customers.
