Flexibility for a Better Employee Experience at Accenture

Accenture consistently ranks as one of the leading thought leaders and implementers of employee experience globally. But why is that? One of the emerging trends to genuinely support your employees is the personalisation of the employee experience – something that Accenture has mastered.

Join us on 7 September at 1PM to 1.45pm CET in our For a Better World of Work webinar to learn how certified Top Employer Accenture enhances their employee experience through their Flexibility Programme based on seven customisable measures. These are: Flexible work from home scheme; Flexible working week; Holiday donation scheme; Personal Priority Leave; Career Enrichment; Working environments and Mobility Project.

*Once you have registered for the webinar, remember to “add to calendar” as a reminder.

The webinar will be hosted live with an in-depth audience Q&A session. Jonas van Wees, Regional HR Auditor at Top Employers Institute will share employee experience HR insights and best practices from our Top Employers research and survey. He will be joined by Jacqueline Haver-Droeze, Human Resources Director France at Accenture. Jacqueline will share three of the seven customisable measures of Accenture’s Flexibility Programme:

  • The flexible working week - The flexible working week offers the opportunity to carry weekly working hours over 4, 4 and a half or 5 days, depending on personal and professional constraints or requirements each week. Accenture launched a pilot with a group of employees to test this initiative.
  • Personal priority leave -Personal priority leave is an innovative initiative that enables employees, should they desire and if their seniority allows, to take a partially paid leave of absence to dedicate themselves to a personal project of their choice, at a moment that matters for them.
  • Flexible work from home scheme - The flexible work from home scheme enables employees to work from home, wherever they want in mainland France, and whenever they want, on the condition that this is compatible with the requirements of the team and the project.
