Karine brings with her over 22 years of professional experience with a keen focus on organizational development, project and people management. She is currently the head of transformation and academy at Volkswagen, Brasil (VWB)– leading the organizational cultural transformation based on process optimization, digitalization, communication and leadership development. She is also responsible for diversity and inclusion at VWB. 

Karine has an educational background as a product engineer, and a master's degree in business management. She is also a Certified Coach by the Neuro Leadership Institute. 

 

Eric Morello 

Global Head Client Services & Certification Delivery at Top Employers institute 

Eric brings with him over 25 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee performance and engagement and cultural change. As the Global Head for Client Services & Certification Delivery at Top Employers Institute, he is responsible for the execution of the certification processes for all Top Employers globally. He leads a team of international HR auditors and in particular, focuses on providing feedback to clients on their certification results.
