Using HR Analytics to Make Your Corporate Culture—and your Workforce—Healthier

HR sits on a wealth of data today, yet when it comes to organizational culture it’s often a struggle with how to analyze data that is meaningful for CEOs, boards, and senior business leaders and what data to present. Despite this, indicators of culture health are increasingly requested, and top companies are responding by putting dashboards and indexes in place to monitor changes. In fact, i4cp research found that 66% of organisations that have undergone successful culture renovation defined clear measures before embarking on a culture change initiative. According to the Top Employers World of Work Trends Report 2022, up to 76% of Top Employers use a dashboard with HR metrics, showcasing the increased importance of HR analytics in the workplace.

In this webinar, Kevin Oakes, i4cp CEO and author of Culture Renovation®, and David Plink, CEO of Top Employers Institute will explore how HR can most effectively leverage existing human capital analytics to measure and monitor cultural health. They will be joined by Brandon Schassberger SVP Business Transformation, People & Capability at Mastercard and Richard Lobo, Executive Vice President & Head HR, Infosys, who will share how they use HR analytics at their companies.

In this webinar we’ll address:

  • What culture measures are most common, and what metrics resonate the most with CEOs, boards, and other business leaders
  • How to accurately measure the well-being of employees in order to predict burnout and attrition risk
  • How technology can be leveraged to monitor and measure employer brand
  • What leading organizations, such as Mastercard and Infosys, are doing to leverage data in their culture and well-being efforts
