Volkswagen de México headquarters are located in Puebla, México. Car and component manufacturing plant founded in 1964. It is currently the second biggest production plant in the Volkswagen Group with a production capacity of 2,500 cars per day.
At this location Volkswagen produces the Jetta, Beetle, Beetle Cabrio, Golf, Golf Variant and in 2017 the Tiguan will also be produced in Puebla.
Additionally the Volkswagen Engine Plant in Silao, Guanajuato produces 1,500 engines per day for the North America region.
