Purpose and contribution to company strategy  

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, product differentiation, value proposition, and go to market.  You will work closely with digital, sales, certification, and marketing to ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are met. As a part of our cross-functional team, you will drive key product decisions, manage customer priorities, lead customer conversations, and launch new features. You will gain deep expertise in our products and use your expertise to deliver customer value. The Senior Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will report directly into the Chief Product and Technology Officer.

As a Senior Product Manager you like to deal with complex business challenges and solve them through business, process, service, and technical improvements. Together with our Digital Scrum Team and Digital Product Owner, you deliver innovative solutions to customer challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work directly with clients to test hypotheses, run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Deeply understand the problems and needs of our clients
  • Be an expert on our product, market, and competitors
  • Work with marketing and sales to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Define and analyse metrics to understand product usage, client engagement and performance of new and existing features

Qualification Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Experience in Agile Scrum/Lean methodologies
  • Experience with Design Thinking
  • Experience working on product bundles that include SaaS products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Great communication skills with all kinds of stakeholders (business, technical and leadership)
  • Experience working with HR/People products/services or HR technology products (optional)
  • Experience with Salesforce (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Jira (preferred) or similar product management technology
