Automation and Performance Marketing Specialist

Purpose and contribution to company strategy

  • The purpose of this role is ensuring Top Employers Institute is well known as a global certifier and recognised by the target audience.
  • This role pioneers the strategic objective ‘improve our brand presence’ and executes on it through performance marketing, automation, and lead nurturing programmes through data driven decision making.

Key result areas and main activities

1: Automation & performance marketing
• Creation of lead generation programmes through campaigns, our channels, and tools
• Setting up, optimisation and execution of the campaign on different channels (social media, search)
• Execution of marketing automation initiatives (managing Pardot and also other tools such as drift etc)

2: Reporting to enable data driven marketing
• Management of google analytics to develop reporting
• Selection of right monitoring tools (hot jar, connector etc)

3: Creation and execution of lead nurturing strategy
• Develop email strategy and newsletters in line with the content calendar as well as taking care of its execution.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop new programmes

4: Stakeholder management
• Work with central marketing and marketing managers in the market for consistent and smooth execution
• Work with the global marketing team to improve digital skills, organise regular training sessions

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years digital marketing experience
  • 2 years automation tools experience, preferably Pardot
  • Proven experience creating and managing campaigns on Linkedin
  • Strong analytics skills and understanding of KPIs for digital media
  • Ability to distil multiple data sources into actionable insights and recommended optimizations and effectively communicate them to different teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively
  • A great team player
  • A University degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • Advanced English
  • Nice to have:  HTML experience
