Service and support of our HQ office in Amsterdam

Job Scope
General support to board, responsible for a clean tidy good working office and its facilities, front desk, general admin.

Job Activities

  • Support Board members (Inc. Fin. Director and People Director);
  • Maintenance and repair of office, equipment, infrastructure and hardware;
  • Ordering all office supplies;
  • Ad hoc orders (lunch / gifts);
  • Contact person for office cleaning matters;
  • Contact person for building related matters on security, maintenance, general matters;
  • Post (in-outbound);
  • Point of contact for IT/ Telephones/ printers;
  • Offices events;
  • Operational management of company credit cards and expenses (SRXP);
  • Ad hoc projects for board members;
  • Organising meetings (internal & external)
  • Managing GoToMeeting/ GoToWebinar accounts;
  • Managing companywide travel app (TravelPerk);
  • New joiners set up shop activities like handing out key card, setting up workstation, arranging hardware;
  • Business credit cards;
  • Managing business account NS;
  • Travel arrangement where necessary
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations;
  • Managing storage unit;
  • Approving Invoices (basecone);
  • Manage mailbox.
