Head of Marketing Operations role is a global role, responsible for managing the marketing planning process, project management of strategic initiatives, performance and optimisation of the marketing department’s effectiveness for delivering business results
We are looking for a candidate for maternity cover of 6 months starting from March 2023 and this role will report to the CMO and provide additional support to the marketing leadership team.
Key result areas and main activities:
- Be familiar with all strategic marketing initiatives and ensure the smooth project management process of larger projects (e.g. Certification Celebration, Best Practices Week, Top Employers Announcement)
- Ensure the smooth maintenance of existing digital infrastructure therefore reporting and campaign processes continue running smoothly
- Maintain existing reporting scheme for monthly reporting and RoI calculation
- Maintain existing campaign reporting while collaborating with local markets
- Ensure alignment between sales, operations, and marketing on joint metrics and define workflows
Qualification Criteria:
- 8+ years marketing operations experience in a B2B environment
- Strong project management capabilities
- Understanding of marketing technology and reporting
- Experience in managing marketing automation + CRM platforms (Pardot + Salesforce in particular)
- Experience with analytical and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in English
- People management skills (nice to have)
