The purpose of this role is to deliver, monitor and improve the invoicing preparation, invoicing, and debt collection procedure – with a global scope.

1. Invoicing procedure executed and followed-up

  • Ensures the invoicing process, adheres to the invoice procedure, and provides relevant support to all clients invoiced from HQ
  • Supports and coordinates the invoice process with other Regional offices
  • Monitors invoicing payments
  • Facilitates the set-up of Top Employers as a vendor with clients
  • Keeps the invoicing process documentation up to date
  • Manages debt collection process for all accounts invoiced from HQ, liaises, and cooperates with the sales teams  when necessary to improve the debt collection rate

2.Data is administered and accurately reported

  • Collects and administers information relevant for the invoicing procedure
  • Monitors and maintains data in systems to ensure accurate invoice-related information
  • Prepares monthly invoices-related reports

3.Supports the Finance department in any relevant project and/or activity

4.Knowledge/Experience working with Salesforce is an advantage

5.Experience with international invoicing is an advantage
