HR Auditor (Dutch)

HR Auditor (Dutch)

Responsibilities

  • Auditing the HR policies and practices from our participants based on a global standard
  • Leading the certification process for a portfolio of international clients at Benelux level
  • Displaying a broad-based knowledge on the many topics that support a holistic organisational HR framework (i.e. talent strategy, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organisational culture)
  • Presenting the results and benchmark data to the (HR) leadership team of our participants;
  • Weekly collaboration sessions with the other auditors
  • Building and maintaining long lasting relationships and providing excellent service to our international clients
  • Supporting sales managers to develop the international clients base
  • Working in close collaboration with the Dutch products, sales and marketing team in a diverse and multicultural environment at our HQ in Amsterdam

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience displaying a broad-based knowledge on the many topics that support a holistic organisational HR framework (i.e. talent strategy, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organisational culture)  
  • Analytical, organised, resourceful, pro-active and result-oriented
  • Fluent in English and native Dutch
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) 
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills also in front of larger groups
  • Multi-cultural working experience is advantageous
  • You are enthusiastic, curious, and not afraid of trying new things even if sometimes you fail (a little bit!) because this is how you grow; you thrive in a diverse and multicultural work environment
