Verena Binder-Krieglstein, Head of Employee Experience at A1 Telekom Austria AG
Verena Binder-Krieglstein started as an occupational psychologist at A1 Telekom Austria at the end of 2016. She built up and expanded A1 health management and expanded it to include occupational medicine and industrial psychology. She headed the unit and gradually added the topics of diversity, coaching and conflict management.
Verena has been Head of Employee Experience since January 1, 2021 and, in addition to the health topics that were already her responsibility, now also in charge of employer branding, recruiting and internal mobility at A1.
Patrik Rendel, Regional Manager at the Top Employers Institute
Patrik Rendel has a Master of Science in Marketing Research and has been with the Top Employers Institute since 2017. For almost two years, Patrik Rendel has supported our global participants on their way to becoming a top employer and since this year has taken on the new role as Regional Manager for the DACH region. Patrik is a proud father of a daughter and lives with his family near Düsseldorf.
