Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Not just a numbers game

For a Better World of Work Webinar

Join this webinar to learn:

  • How Takeda established a Black Leadership council to enhance career and personal development prospects for Black / African-American employees.
  • How Takeda created workstreams in various business units to support diversity & inclusion, including A Minority Careers Network, A Campaign for Continued Involvement, An Employee Voice Session, Discussion forums and Engagement opportunities.
  • The D&I trends among Top Employers

It is important to view diversity from both a cultural and societal perspective. Diversity is not just a numbers game. Diversity has a real impact on people’s lives. As with change in society at large, change within an organisation requires courageous steps and tough conversations. Takeda is an organisation that understands this and have established various D&I initiatives, such as the Black Leadership council - bringing together individuals, allies and advocates to enhance the career and personal development prospects for Black/African American employees, as well as to provide cross functional networking opportunities.

Join us on 11 November at 3pm CET in our For a Better World of Work webinar to learn how certified Top Employer Takeda creates an inclusive work environment. Furthermore, you will also get the chance to learn about how to have open conversations around diversity & inclusion, how to make initiatives sustainable and how to give all employees a voice.

The webinar will be hosted live with an in-depth audience Q&A session. Chantal Sanglier, HR Auditor at Top Employers Institute will share employee experience HR insights and best practices from our Top Employers research and survey. She will be joined by Sherlonda Martin, Head of Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion for GMSGQ Division.
