With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Ana is passionate about developing and implementing core programmes in performance management and human resources planning. As the Global HR Business Leader at Takeda Oncology based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Ana oversees HR for hubs in ten countries: The United States, Japan, Germany, Spain, Portugal (Iberia), France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada.

 

Mechell Chetty, HR Vice President at Unilever Africa

Mechell Chetty is Vice President of Human Resources for Unilever Africa, and does so much more for Unilever than just HR. During her 20 year tenure at Unilever, Mechell has worked in HR on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation and business partnering. She has gained experience across Africa, including South Africa, the Middle-East and Turkey.



David Plink, CEO at Top Employers Institute

David brings more than two decades of experience in general, commercial and change management in global, results-driven companies in the HR space. As CEO, David is responsible for general management within the Top Employers Institute.
