ista Shared Services Polska jest nowoczesnym centrum outsourcingowym dla Grupy ista w trzech obszarach kompetencyjnych: rozliczeniach kosztów zużycia mediów dla klientów Grupy, księgowości dla wewnętrznych spółek Grupy ista oraz IT w zakresie rozwijania i administrowania wewnętrznych systemów informatycznych.
