About UAP-Old Mutual Uganda

The UAP Old Mutual Group is a financial services company which comprises all the legal entities under UAP, Faulu Microfinance Bank and Old Mutual. The Group came into being in 2015 following the acquisition of a majority stake in Faulu Microfinance Bank in 2014 and UAP in 2015 by Old Mutual. Together we offer financial solutions for insurance, investment, savings and banking. The Group is under the Old Mutual Emerging Markets cluster which operates in 19 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
