CCB Brasil is a subsidiary of China Construction Bank. It constitutes the largest operation of a Chinese bank in the country, with 37 service outlets. Its operations focus on working capital loans, bank guarantees, trade finance credit and services, derivatives, and fixed income investment products, and its major clients comprise domestic and international companies in the middle market and corporate segments. Brazilian employees’ knowledge of the local market combined with CCB’s relevance in the banking industry has been contributing to strengthen the operations of the Bank, so that it becomes an important link in the Brazil-China business relationship.
